Department of English is established in June1993. The courses are taught at UG level.There are three faculty members in the department .Out of them,two are fulltime and approved and a teacher is on CHB.One of the faculty members ,Mr.A.D.Satpute obtained an M.Phil. from YCMOU Nashik  .He carried out a Minor Research Project funded by UGC,New Delhi ,it is completed.The faculties have published one research paper each during the years of assessment.

    The faculty staff completed training programmes [Orientation and Refresher courses].They actively participated in workshop/seminar/conference .The department has established English Literary Association from 2016-17.
